# NOTmyrng

> NOTmyrng is an unofficial fan site with all-time ep leaderboards for squads and players of ohmyrng.com, a site with daily games of chance. it is not affiliated with or endorsed by ohmyrng.com. data snapshot: 2026-11-04 05:02:25 UTC. next update: 2026-11-05 00:01 UTC.

ohmyrng shows total ep only on individual profiles and has no all-time cross-game leaderboard. NOTmyrng builds one for players and for squads, and offers "roll lab", a tool that explains any ohmyrng roll badge by badge.

## key facts

- snapshot taken: 2026-11-04 05:02:25 UTC (every closed day through 2026-11-03, plus the part of the current day played before the snapshot)

- players listed: 146 (banned and bot accounts excluded: 0)
- squads listed: 11
- total ep across listed players: 114,057,861
- #1 player: eww (3,913,338 ep)
- #1 squad: shrd (23,033,941 ep)

## how ep is calculated

- every roll earns badges. a badge is worth `ep = 100 / chance` (a 1-in-1,000 badge is worth 100,000 ep). a badge's odds are therefore "1 in ep/100".
- a roll's ep is the sum of its badges with `counted: true`. a badge with `counted: false` was superseded by a more specific badge of the same family (same `<game>.<family>` id prefix), for example `climate.tropical` is not counted when `climate.rainforest` matches.
- badge rarity follows ep bands: common under 1,000 ep, uncommon 1,000-10,000, rare 10,000-100,000, epic 100,000 and up.
- a roll's tier (trash, common, uncommon, rare, epic, anomaly, mythic) compares its total with that game's usual rolls; cutoffs differ per game and are not published. NOTmyrng records the ep range seen per tier per game on daily boards (`tierRangesSeen` in data.json).
- a player's total ep = sum over games of (ep earned in that game x that game's weight). weights come from `https://ohmyrng.com/api/games` (field `totalWeight`) and drift slowly.
- NOTmyrng does not recompute player totals. it copies `totalEp` from each player's public profile at `https://ohmyrng.com/api/users/<handle>`, so it matches the profile page.
- squad total ep = sum of total ep of the squad's current members. a player who changes squads takes all their ep along. this is unrelated to ohmyrng's weekly squad points.
- players are discovered from every daily board (`/api/leaderboards/<game>?period=daily&day=YYYY-MM-DD`) since launch on 2026-09-29 and every all-time game board (`?period=all`). players who never appeared on any board are missing.
